With the Asiana 214 crash, I don’t know if anyone will ever know what exactly happened. It is appearing that the pilots just blew the approach/landing.
It will be more interesting to see why the pilot decided not to immediately declare an evacuation after crashing. I’m also curious about the reports of one of the passengers being struck and killed by one of the emergency vehicles.
Overall, I do look forward to seeing the reports that will be coming out over the next few months and seeing the actions by all parties involved.
